How to Place an Order:
Browse our catalog, choose your factory Glock slide, and add it to your cart. You can complete checkout using major credit cards or other secure payment methods.
Order Confirmation:
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This includes your order number and estimated delivery date.
Order Modifications:
Need to update your order? Contact us within 24 hours at sales@oemglockslides.com. After shipment, modifications cannot be made.
Shipping & Tracking
Domestic Shipping:
We ship anywhere in the USA using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping:
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on customs and regional carriers, typically ranging from 10–21 business days.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our Commitment to You
We stand behind every product we sell. If your OEM Glock slide doesn’t meet expectations or arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Custom or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Return Process
Contact our support team at sales@oemglockslides.com.
Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for shipping.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Details
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective product.
If you received a damaged or incorrect slide, we’ll cover return shipping.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Glock slide arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund after review.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t shipped. After that, please follow the return process.
